Yep, just a short little blurb here, folks, plugging a neat film school that’s seeking to bring Christ and Catholicism into the movie theatre and the living room as well as the bookcase.
Kolbe Academy is the name of the institute that’s training a new generation of Catholic filmmakers. And I’m happy and flattered to say one of their current projects is putting out a trailer based on the book by Yours Truly.

About The Author
John McNichol was born in Toronto, Candada, at the dawn of the swinging 70s...which explains in part why he's such a fan of the Big 80s!
John lived in Toronto for the first eighteen years of his life, after which he went to school at Franciscan University of Steubenville in Ohio. He met his lovely wife there, and after graduation in 1992 moved to the West coast. Except for a three year teaching gig back in the midwest, he's lived on the Left Coast ever since.
Today, John lives with his wife, Jeanna, their seven children and the Dumbest Dog in the State of Washington in a lovely little house in Vancouver, Washington. He teaches Middle School in the Archdiocese of Portland, and enjoys it tremendously, still.
If this turns out anywhere near as good as the book, it will be great. I’m hoping all goes well!
